【摘要】 目的:探讨芪药消渴胶囊对初发2型糖尿病患者的作用。方法:采用随机对照研究,共纳入162例初发2型糖尿病患者,其中治疗组82例,对照组80例。两组患者均给予适当运动、饮食控制等一般治疗,治疗组加用芪药消渴胶囊,对照组加用安慰剂,治疗24周,比较患者在治疗前后糖脂代谢指标和肾功能指标的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血糖、血脂、肾功能等指标均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪药消渴胶囊可以调节糖脂代谢并改善肾功能,有一定延缓2型糖尿病发展的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of Qiyao Xiaoke capsule on newly diagnosed T2 DM.Methods:Randomized,placebo control experiments were perfomed in this study.162 cases of newly diagnosed T2 DM were observed,which were divided into treatment(Tre)group with 82 patients and placebo control(PC)group with 80 patients.Based on routine treatment for 24 weeks,Tre group was given Qiyao Xiaoke capsule while PC group was given placebo capsule.Then we compared blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function.Results:After treatment,blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function were improved(P<0.05).In addition,the improvements in Tre group were superior to those in PC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiyao Xiaoke capsule can modulate glucose and lipid metabolic,protect renal function,and delay the progression of T2 DM.更多还原
