【摘要】 目的:观察电针配合鼠神经生长因子治疗顽固性性面瘫的临床疗效,为顽固性面瘫的临床治疗提供新思路。方法:73例顽固性面瘫患者,随机分为对照组35例,治疗组38例。对照组予以电针治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予鼠神经生长因子肌注。电针治疗选断续波,隔日治疗1次,7次为1疗程,治疗4个疗程。鼠神经生长因子肌注,1d1次,每次9000IU。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论:电针配合鼠神经生长因子肌注治疗顽固性面瘫可以取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)injection for the treatment of intractable facial paralysis,to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Method:73 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients were randomLy divided into 35 cases in the control group,treatment of 38 cases.Control group treated with electro-acupuncture,Treatment group received intramuscular injection of mNGF on the basis of the control group.Electro-acupuncture treatment selected discontinuous wave,every other day 1 time,each time 30 minutes,7 times for a course of treatment,treatment of 4 courses.Intramuscular injection of mNGF,1 time per day,per 9000 IU.Results:The curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electro-acupuncture combined with mNGF injection can have better clinical curative effect in treatment of intractable facial paralysis.更多还原
