【摘要】 目的:考察妇净舒片对苯酚胶浆所致的阴道宫颈炎模型大鼠的影响。方法:切除大鼠双侧卵巢,注射苯甲酸雌二醇和氢化可的松注射液造成大鼠假动情期和全身免疫功能低下,每鼠阴道内注入苯酚胶浆建立大鼠阴道宫颈炎模型,将大鼠随机分为模型对照组、妇净舒片大、中、小剂量组和妇科千金片组和假手术组,连续给药8d,取血测定白细胞数,计算阴道宫颈脏器指数并进行病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,妇净舒片大、中、小剂量组可降低白细胞数,大、中剂量组使大鼠阴道宫颈脏器指数降低。大剂量组可降低阴道上皮组织增生和宫颈上皮组织溃疡鳞化程度、降低阴道、宫颈炎性浸润和降低阴道充血水肿,中剂量组可降低阴道充血水肿。结论:妇净舒片对阴道宫颈炎模型大鼠有一定改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Fujingshu Tablet on chronic pelvic inflammation caused by phenol mucilage model in rats. METHOD:The two ovaries of the rats were cut out.Injection of estradiol benzoate injection in rats caused by false estrus,Injection of hydrocortisone injection in rats caused by low immune function.Using phenol mucilage thought vagina to establish the chronic pelvic inflammation model in rats,rats were randomly divided into control group,model control group,large,medium and small dose group of Fujingshu Tablet and Fukeqianjin Tablet group.Drugs were given eight days,observe the white blood cell,uterine and ovarian organ index,pathological histology of uterus of rats.RESULTS:Compared with the model group,the large,medium and small dose group of Fujingshu Tablet could significantly reduce white blood cell,The large dose group could decrease the vaginal epithelial tissue hyperplasia and cervical squamous epithelial tissue ulcer degree,reduce the vagina,the cervix inflammatory infiltrates and vaginal hyperemia and edema.The medium dose group could decrease the vaginal hyperemia edema.CONCLUSION :Fujingshu Tablet has the mproving effect of vaginitis and cervicitis caused by phenol mucilage model in rats.更多还原
