【摘要】 目的:探讨香砂六君子汤配合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取接受治疗的脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良患者114例,随机将患者分为3组,每组38例,A组香砂六君子汤加味配合穴位贴敷治疗,B组纯服香砂六君子汤加味治疗,C组服多潘立酮片治疗,观察疗效。结果:经治疗4周后,A组的总有效率为92.1%,B组的总有效率为76.3%,C组的总有效率为63.2%,3组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组治疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组明显优于B组和C组。结论:香砂六君子汤配合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良,疗效明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint sticking apply in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency type.Methods:There were 114 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency type who accepted the treatment.They were randomly divided into 3groups(each 38patients):the A、B、C group.The A group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint sticking apply,the B group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction only,the C group taking Domperidone medicine.The 3groups were observed after treatment.Results:After four weeks’ treatment,the efficiency of the A group was 92.1%,the B group was 76.3%,and the total effective rate was 63.2%in the C group.There was statistical significance in the 3groups(P<0.05).It also showed significant difference the symptom scores after treatment in the 3groups(P<0.05),The A group was significantly better than the groups of B and C.Conclusion:We use Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with acupoint sticking apply to treat the patients of functional dyspepsia of spleenstomach deficiency type,the curative effect is definite.更多还原
