【摘要】 目的:比较急诊科心肺复苏中使用喉罩与气管插管的急救效果。方法:按照随机数字表的分组方法将我院急诊科2012年2月至2013年6月行心肺复苏治疗100例患者分为A组和B组各50例,A组患者心肺复苏中使用气管插管,B组患者心肺复苏中使用喉罩。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:B组插管所需时间、复苏成功、一次性插管成功率等指标均优于A组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喉罩可缩短急诊心肺复苏抢救的插管时间,提高插管的成功率,值得在临床上应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the use of the emergency department cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid effectiveness LMA intubation.Methods:February 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital emergency department cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with 100 cases,according to figures randomly divided into group A and group B(50cases),A group of patients with the use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation intubation,B cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients using LMA.Comparison of two clinical outcomes.Results:After active treatment,group B in the time required for intubation,resuscitation,disposable intubation were significantly better than success,etc.A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LMA cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the emergency process,effectively shorten intubation time,increase the success rate of intubation,thereby improving patient survival,worth popularization and application in clinical practice.更多还原
