【摘要】 目的探讨HARMONIC超声刀在扁桃体切除手术中的优点及应用价值。方法回顾性分析本科室2012-01~2012-10完成的扁桃体切除手术122例的临床资料。其中56例采用HARMONIC超声刀行扁桃体切除术(超声刀组),66例采用传统器械行扁桃体剥离切除术(传统组)。观察两组的手术出血量、手术时间、术后正常饮食恢复时间及术后出血发生率。结果超声刀组和传统组手术出血量为(6.6±1.6)ml和(16.3±6.3)ml,切除扁桃体手术时间为(12.6±1.9)min和(27.2±4.7)min,恢复正常饮食时间为(8.8±0.6)d和(12.8±0.7)d,两组各指标间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后出血发生率为1.8%(1/56)和4.5%(3/66),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在扁桃体切除术中应用HARMONIC超声刀可明显减少术中出血量以及缩短手术时间,能使患者尽快恢复正常饮食,具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the advantages and application value of HARMONIC ultrasonic scalpel in tonsillectomy operation. Methods The retrospective analysis was made in 122 patients undergoing tonsillectomy from January 2012 to October 2012.The patients were devided into 2 groups: HARMONIC group( 56 patients undergoing tonsillectomy with the HARMONIC scalpel) and traditional group( 66 patients with the traditional technique). The mean amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,the mean operative time,the mean postoperative normal diet rehabilitation time and the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage were observed. Results The mean amount of the intraoperative hemorrhage were( 6. 6 ± 1. 6) ml and( 16. 3 ± 6. 3) ml in HARMONIC group and traditional group,the tonsillectomy time were( 12. 6 ± 1. 9) min and( 27. 2 ± 4. 7) min,and the postoperative normal diet rehabilitation time were( 8. 8 ±0. 6) d and( 12. 8 ± 0. 7) d,and there was statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The incidences of postoperative hemorrhage were 1. 8%( 1 /56) in HARMONIC group and 4. 5%( 3 /66) in traditional group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion HARMONIC ultrasonic scalpel applied in tonsillectomy can significantly reduce the intraoperative hemorrhage and operation time span,and the patients can rehabilitate the normal diet as early as possible,which has comparatively good clinical application value.更多还原
