【摘要】 应用自制问卷,调查研究生对导师科研能力、指导情况及师生关系等的评价,为全面掌握导师对研究生的指导情况提供依据。结果显示,多数研究生认为导师科研能力很强(61.3%),导师对自己的学习和研究指导很充分(51%),指导方法很适合自己(48.5%),师生关系融洽(70%),导师指导侧重的方面和研究生注重的方面基本一致,主要是研究方法和创新思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article surveyed the graduate students’ appraisals about the research ability of their tutors,the guidance by their tutors and their relationships with their tutors using self-made questionnaires with an aim to thoroughly grasp the guidance situations of the tutors. The results showed that most of the students thought their tutors had high research ability(61. 3%) and guided them well(51%) and correctly(48. 5%),and that the tutors and the students had harmonious relationships(70%) and both took developing research methods and innovative thinking as the main focus.更多还原
