【Abstract】 The development of basic medical science is inseparable from the training of postgraduate students,but there are a variety of problems for postgraduates in the course of training,especially during the first year,such as learning without an aim and poor handson ability and self-discipline. To solve these problems,schools should conduct public technology platform courses and seminars about hot research topic; instructors should increase their communication with postgraduate students,carry out one-on-one responsibility system and give students material and spiritual rewards; and postgraduate students should be directed to have a precise purpose,make a training plan and learn to study.更多还原
