全平面上随机Dirichlet级数的值分布
The Value Distribution of the Random Dirichlet Series in the Whole Plane
【摘要】 对全平面上ρ(0<ρ<+∞)级随机Dirichlet级数,在一定条件下,在宽度为吾的任何闭水平带形内几乎必然有一个没有例外小函数的ρ级Borel线.
【Abstract】 For random Dirichlet series of p(0 < p < +∞) order in the whole plane,given some conditions,almost surely there is a Borel line of p order with no exceptional small functions in any closed horizontal strip of width π/ρ.
