谷氨酰胺与番茄红素抗运动性疲劳效果的比较研究

【摘要】 目的:观察谷氨酰胺与番茄红素单用、联用在抗运动性疲劳方面的差异及协同作用。方法:将57只雄性SD大鼠分为空白对照组、单纯运动对照组、单纯补充谷氨酰胺组、补充谷氨酰胺运动组、单纯补充番茄红素组、补充番茄红素运动组、谷氨酰胺番茄红素联用组、谷氨酰胺番茄红素运动组。力竭性游泳运动后18小时取材,检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、SOD/MDA比值、血清总抗氧化能力(TAOC)以及血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性以及血清乳酸(LH)水平。结果:单纯补充谷氨酰胺、单纯补充番茄红素以及谷氨酰胺与番茄红素联用均有增强大鼠力竭性运动能力,提高血清SOD活性、SOD/MDA比值、T-AOC,降低血清MDA、LD含量和CK、LDH活性的作用,两者差别不大,但联用效果多数指标好于单用。结论:谷氨酰胺与番茄红素单用对大鼠力竭性游泳运动能力以及消除疲劳的效果相当,两者联用可产生协同作用。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate whether the glutamine and lycopene combination is synergistic for exercise fatigue resistance. Method: Fifty seven male SD rats were divided into blank control group,the movement control group,glutamine supplement alone group,glutamine supplement alone movement group,lycopene supplement alone group,lycopene supplement alone movement group,the glutamine and lycopene combination supplement group,the glutamine and lycopene combination supplement movement group. The activity of serum superoxide dismutase( SOD),serum creatine kinase( CK) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH),the content of malondialdehyde( MDA),the SOD / MDA ratio,the total serum antioxidant capacity( T-AOC),and the level of serum lactic acid( LH) after 18 hrs exhaustive swimming were detected. Results: The glutamine supplement alone,lycopene supplement alone and the glutamine and lycopene combination supplement improved the rats’ exhaustion ability. In addition,the increase of the SOD activity,SOD / MDA ratio,T-AOC,the decrease of serum MDA,LD content,CK activity and LDH activity were found. The difference was not significant and the combined effect were better. Conclusions: The combination supplement of glutamine and lycopene was synergistic for exhaustion swimming ability of rats.
