【Abstract】 Teachers’ employment is a core element of human resource management in modern distance education.The current researches on the topic are mostly concentrated on the teachers’ role,quality and specialization; the study of the teachers’ employment mechanism is not sufficient and unsystematic. By analyzing the problem in modern distance education employment,the paper aims at the three dimensions,namely,hiring,appointment and evaluation, and proposes the construction strategy on teacher ’ s employment mechanism of modern distance education.更多还原
