近距离联合开采下位厚煤层综放面矿压分析

【摘要】 通过对泉店煤矿二1-11070工作面实测数据分析,得出近距离煤层群联合开采下位厚煤层综放工作面矿压显现规律。结果表明,在工作面走向方向上顶板来压歩距具有不一致性;顶板压力在倾向方向上中部最小、下部次之、上部压力最大;工作面支架初撑力与循环末工作阻力具有一定的线性相关性,增加支架初撑力能一定程度上提高控顶效果。研究结论对具有相似地质生产条件煤矿的安全高效开采具有一定的工程借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of actual measurement data of mining face in Quandian mine,the strata behaviors laws of fully mechanized caving face located at lower thick seam in combined mining were determined. The results show that the weighting distance of roof is inconsistency at the strike direction,the roof pressure is smallest in middle part and largest in upper part at the inclined direction,there is some linear correlation between support’s working resistance and setting force,and the roof control effect is improved with the increase of support’s setting force to some extent. This conclusion can provides certain reference significance for mine high yield and efficient production in similar engineering and geological conditions.
