洋葱细胞质雄性不育机理研究进展
Rresearch Progress on the Mechanism of Cytoplasmic Male Sterility in Onion(Allium cepa L.)
【摘要】 细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)是一种不能产生有活力或可育花粉的母性遗传现象,是农作物杂交育种的重要工具,也是研究花粉发育、细胞质遗传、核质互作以及时序性表达的理想材料。所以,对细胞质雄性不育分子机制的研究具有非常重要的意义。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的发展,有关洋葱细胞质雄性不育方面的研究日益增多。从细胞学角度和分子生物学角度对洋葱细胞质雄性不育的机理研究近况进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)is maternal inheritance phenomenon which doesn’t produce energetic or fertile pollen,also are the important tool of crop hybridization breeding and ideal material of researching on pollen development, cytoplasmic inheritance, cytoplasm-nucleus interactions and temporal sexual expression. So the study of the molecular mechanism of cytoplasm male sterility has very important significance. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology techniques, studies on onion CMS have been increasing. This article reviewed the research status of onion CMS from the perspective of cytology and molecular biology mechanism.
