3个旱地小麦品种对小麦孢囊线虫的抗性试验

【摘要】 为了鉴定3个旱地小麦品种对小麦孢囊线虫的抗性,采用室外盆栽试验,测定了3个旱地小麦品种在接种小麦孢囊线虫40 d的长势、光合效率、抗氧化酶活力和MDA含量等指标,通过SPSS方差分析3个指标来确定小麦的抗性强弱。结果表明,在小麦孢囊线虫的胁迫下,3个旱地小麦品种的长势变慢,叶片发黄,临丰3号小麦长势较好;净光合速率与对照相比均出现不同程度的下降,其中,临丰3号降幅较小;POD和MDA值与对照相比都有所增加,而SOD值却降低。综合比较,临丰3号抗性较好。

【Abstract】 This experiment used outdoor pot experiment to identify the resistance of three dry land wheat varieties towards cereal cyst nematode(CNN), measured the changes of photosynthetic efficiency,the antioxidant enzymes activity and the MDA content of three varieties of dry land wheat by vaccinating CNN to these wheat plants. The paper analyzed these three indicators through SPSS to decide the resistance of the wheat. The results showed that three varieties of wheat growth appeared to slow, at the same time,their leaves turned yellow and Linfeng 3 was growing well under the stress of CNN; after vaccinated CNN the wheat net photosynthetic rate had a certain degree of decline compared with the control, but among them, Linfeng 3 wheat was smaller decline. The value of the POD and MDA increased compared with control,and the SOD value reduced. Comprehensive comparison,the resistance of wheat variety Linfeng 3 was better.
