【Abstract】 Chemical control is a main measure to solve plant disease in agricultural production at present. The advantages and disadvantages in plant disease chemical control, deficiency in manage and use pesticide and restrictive factors of pesticide use were discussed. Being an example of phytophthora root rot of pepper, the plant disease control strategy of combination harmful organisms integrated management with plant health management were presented.
