油松专用肥对苗木生理特性及抗性的影响
Effect of the Fertilizer Specified for Pinus tabulaeformis on Seedling Physiological Characteristics and Resistance
【摘要】 油松是华北地区重要的造林树种,合理施肥可有效提高油松体内的养分和抗性。在4种不同施肥处理下,对3年生油松幼苗的叶绿素、根系活力、电导率的动态变化进行了测定,以探讨施肥对苗木生理特性及抗性的影响。结果表明,施肥对油松各种生理特性有明显影响;除树液流动期外,不同施肥处理能显著提高叶绿素含量,且效应由大到小排序为多元肥>NPK肥>N肥;施肥能显著提高根系活力,施用多元肥对根系活力呈现极显著差异的正效应;不同施肥处理对油松电导率的影响程度没有明显的规律。
【Abstract】 Pinus tabulaeformis is an important species for forestation in North China, reasonable fertilization can effectively improve the nutrients and resistances of Pinus tabulaeformis. In this paper, we measured dynamical variaties of chlorophyll, root activity and conductivity of 3- year Pinus tabulaeformis, which was treated as 4 different fertilization way. Then we discussed the influences of the above three physiological indexes for seedling physiological characteristics and resistance. The results showed that fertilization had obvious influences for each physiological index. Except sap flow period, different fertilization ways all could effectively improve the content of chlorophyll. And the effect order from large to small was compound fertilizer>NPK>N. Fertilization could effectively improve root activity, and compound fertilizer had extremely significant difference of positive effects. The influences of different fertilization ways had not obvious regularity.
