【Abstract】 Most species in Dioscorea are important medicinal plants with higher explored potential. The limited wild amounts of these plants are far from the resource-starved market needs,while it could be resolved by efficient reproduction and cultivation in large area. In this paper,we summarized technology development of reproduction and cultivation of Dioscorea spp. in China,including technique systems of high-yield cultivation and tissue-culture technology to provide basic reference for breeding of Dioscorea spp.,and help to the protection and utilization of these plants.更多还原
