【摘要】 目的:比较BACTEC-MGIT960全自动分枝杆菌快速药敏与罗氏比例法药敏检测方法的一致性。方法:平行检测住院患者分枝杆菌临床分离株245株的利福平(RFP)、异烟肼(INH)、链霉素(SM)、乙胺丁醇(EMB)的药物敏感性。结果:经对比检测,BACT-MGIT960全自动分枝杆菌药敏测定可在4~13 d内检测RFP,INH,SM,EMB的药物敏感性,平均7.8d。与罗氏比例法药敏的符合率分别达到98.78%,97.55%,96.73%,96.73%。平均符合率为97.45%。结论:BACTEC-MGIT 960分枝杆菌液体药敏系统,可快速准确获得药敏检测结果,尤其适用于临床分离株的快速药敏筛检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the consistency of the method for the detection of the fast drug sensitivity of BACTEC-MGIT960 and the ratio of Roche to the drug sensitivity test. Methods: Parallel detection of the hospitalized patients with Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug sensitivity of separated strains 245 strains of rifampicin( RFP),isoniazid( INH),streptomycin( SM) and ethambutol( EMB). Results: By contrast detection,BACT- MGIT960 automatic mycobacteria drug sensitivity determination can inspect the drug sensitivity of RFP,INH,SM,EMB in the 4 ~ 13 d and average 7. 8 days. The coincidence rate of drug sensitivity was 98. 78%,97. 55%,96. 73%,96. 73%,respectively. The average coincidence rate was 97. 45%,and the correlation was 97. 5%. Conclusion: BACTEC- MGIT 960 liquid drug sensitive system,can quickly and accurately obtain drug sensitivity test results,especially for clinical isolates of rapid drug sensitive screening.更多还原
