【摘要】 目的:观察超声脉冲电导治疗仪治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者152例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组76例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予超声脉冲电导穴位给药治疗,比较两组临床疗效和安全性。结果:治疗组治疗后的总有效率为89.5%,显著高于对照组的72.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.202,P=0.027)。结论:超声脉冲电导治疗仪治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy surpersonic pulse electic conductance treatment meter for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: A total of 152 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome were randomised treatment group and control group,76 cases in each group. The control received conventional therapy,the reatment group received surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter. To study clinical response and safety end points were. Results: There was statistically significant difference in the end point of the study( clinical response) between the treatment and control groups( χ2= 7. 202,P = 0. 027). Patients receiving surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter demonstrated good response rate compared with control group: 89. 5% versus 72. 4%. Conclusion: The surpersonic pulse electic conductance meter to treat adiarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome appears remarkable effect and there is not the harmful reaction.更多还原
