【摘要】 目的:探讨婴幼儿颈外静脉成功穿刺留置的技巧。方法:将200例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统穿刺留置方法,观察组采用改进的方法,整个穿刺留置过程注意技巧。结果:与对照组比较,观察组一针穿刺成功率高(P<0.01),留置时间长。结论:从细节上注意技巧,颈外静脉外周留置穿刺成功率高,留置效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To quest for the skills of successful pediatric external jugular vein indwelling. Methods: Two hundreds patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was operated with traditional indwelling,while the observation group with the improved method. The skills were paid attention to during the entire indwelling procedure. Results: The success rate of a needle puncture( P < 0. 01) and retention time of the observation group increased. Conclusion: Noting from the details of techniques,the success rate of external jugular vein peripheral indwelling puncture is high and the retention effect is good.更多还原
