【摘要】 [目的]探索累计考核管理模式在护理不良事件管理中的应用效果,通过理顺管理模式中各主要应用系统之间的关系,建立以系统为导向,实现对不良事件的实时监控、系统汇总和专业分析,提升护理不良事件管理水平。[方法]选择我院5个试点病房为研究对象,在原有"累计扣分制"被动处罚式的管理模式的基础上逐步建立为主动预防式的安全管理模式。比较实施前后护士不良事件发生率、主动报告率及护理质量和病人满意度的变化情况。[结果]5个试点病房的不良事件主动报告率较前增多,护理质量及病人满意度提高。[结论]应用累计考核管理模式实施护理不良事件管理,可以提高不良事件主动报告率,改变护理不良事件的结构,促成不良事件的良性转归,确保护理质量,提高病人满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the application effect of cumulative assessment management model in the management of nursing adverse events.Through straightening out the relationship between the main application systems in the management model,establish a systems-oriented and realize the real-time monitoring,system summary and professional analysis of adverse events,so as to enhance the management level of nursing adverse events.Methods:The 5pilot wards in our hospital were selected as the research objects.A safety management model of active prevention type was established on the basis of the management model of the original"accumulation deduction system"passive punishment type,then to compare the changes of the incidence of nursing adverse events,initiative report rate,the quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction before and after the implementation.Results:The initiative report rate of adverse events in 5pilot wards increased than before,and the quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction were improved.Conclusion:The application of cumulative assessment management model in the management of nursing adverse events can improve the initiative report rate of adverse events,change the structure of nursing adverse events,contribute to the benign outcome of adverse events,ensure the quality of nursing and enhance the patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
