【摘要】 [目的]探讨认知行为及社会支持护理在前臂皮瓣舌再造病人中的应用效果。[方法]将2012年4月—2015年4月在头颈外科住院治疗的40例游离前臂皮瓣行舌再造病人随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知行为及社会支持护理,比较两组术后心理行为、舒适度以及生活质量。[结果]观察组出院前焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,恐惧、疼痛、睡眠障碍等舒适度评分低于对照组,出院后3个月在生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康等方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组。[结论]认知行为及社会支持护理能够改善前臂皮瓣舌再造病人的不良心理,提高术后舒适度,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the application effect of cognitive behavior and social support nursing for the forearm flap tongue reconstruction patients.Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with forearm flap tongue reconstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group in head and neck surgical department in our hospital from 2012 April to 2015 April.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing after surgery.Patients in the observation group received cognitive behavior and social support nursing based on routine nursing.The psychological behavior,comfort and quality of life of all patients were compared after operation between both groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores before discharge in observation group were lower than that in control group.The comfort score in fear,pain,sleep disorders were lower than that in control group.The quality of life scores in physiological function,body pain,social function,mental health and other aspects at 3months after discharge in observation group were higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Cognitive behavior and social support nursing can improve the adverse psychology,increase the postoperative comfort and improve the quality of life of patients with forearm flap tongue reconstruction.更多还原
