微波技术应用于催化剂制备研究进展

【摘要】 综述了微波技术在催化剂制备过程的不同阶段的应用研究。应用于载体制备,可使孔结构发达,并改变组织结构;在浸渍阶段,可缩短浸渍时间,降低浸渍温度;在干燥阶段,会有利于活性组分的分散,降低其晶粒度,提高催化剂的活性;微波焙烧活化可促进活性组分与载体间致密的联系,并使比表面积增大,可提高催化剂的选择性和活性。因此,微波技术应用于催化剂制备在经济、效率、节能减排等方面前景广阔。

【Abstract】 The research results and processes of microwave technology application in the various stages of catalyst preparation were summarized. Application in supporters preparation could strengthen pore structural and be favored to the formation of new textural characteristics. Microwave drying leaded to an decrease in catalysts crystallize mean size, and an increase in active components dispersion as well as the formation of active centers. The interaction between active components and supporters could be reinforced under microwave calcinations, and the specific surface area increased much more, so that exhibited higher catalytic activity and selectivity. The studies have shown that application of microwave technology in preparation of catalyst is a promising method of improving catalytic efficiency,saving energy and reducing costs.
