碱性离子液体催化大豆油制备生物柴油

【摘要】 以大豆油为原料,碱性离子液体为催化剂,制备生物柴油,研究反应温度、醇油摩尔比、反应时间和碱性离子液体的用量对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,碱性离子液体催化大豆油制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件是:n(甲醇)∶n(大豆油)=12∶1,反应温度55℃,反应时间1.5 h,离子液体用量2.5%。在该工艺条件下,生物柴油产率41.3%。

【Abstract】 Taking soybean oil as raw material,basic ionic liquids as catalyst to prepare biodiesel. Influence of the reaction time,and quantity of the ionic liquid and et al on the yield of biological diesel oil was investigated. The result showed that the optimum process condition of basic ionic liquid catalytic soybean oil prepare biodiesel as follows: n( methanol) ∶ n( soybean oil) = 12 ∶ 1,the reaction temperature was55 ℃,the reaction time was 1. 5 h,the amount of basic ionic liquids was 2. 5%. Under these conditions,the yield of biodiesel was 41. 3%.
