药物洗脱球囊制备工艺探讨

【摘要】 以尼龙-12球囊导管为材料,采用直接涂覆的方式制备紫杉醇药物洗脱球囊导管,考察了胶黏剂溶液浓度、紫杉醇溶液浓度、风干时间和风速对紫杉醇载药量的影响。结果表明,制备药物洗脱球囊的最佳反应条件为:胶黏剂溶液浓度为60 mg/m L,紫杉醇的浓度为12.5 mg/m L,风速为5 m/s,风干时间为35 s。

【Abstract】 A series of coated paclitaxel-eluting balloon catheter,which was prepared by nylon-12,were prepared by direct coating method. Specific goals of this study were to clarify the effects of the concentration of adhesive,the concentration of paclitaxel,dried time and air flow rate in the coating process. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for the preparation of drug-eluting balloon as follow: adhesive solution concentration is 60 mg / m L,paclitaxel concentration is 12. 5 mg / m L,air flow rate about5 m / s,air-drying time is 35 s.
