碱性离子液体催化碳酸二甲酯与异辛醇酯交换反应合成碳酸二异辛酯

【摘要】 以不同碱性离子液体为催化剂,由碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与异辛醇(EHOH)酯交换反应合成碳酸二异辛酯(DEHC)。结果表明,碱性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑苯甲酸盐[C4mim][(C6H5)COO]显示出高的催化活性。[C4mim][(C6H5)COO]催化合成DEHC的适宜反应条件为:反应温度130℃,催化剂用量2%(占反应物总质量百分数),n(DMC)∶n(EHOH)=1∶4,反应时间6 h。在此条件下,DMC转化率为99.97%,DEHC选择性为86.35%。同时对反应机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and 2-ethyl-hexanol(EHOH) for the synthesis of di-2-ethyl-hexyl carbonate(DEHC) in the presence of several basic liquid was studied. 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium benzoate [C4mim][(C6H5) COO] exhibited the best catalysis activity. The optimum operation conditions for [C4mim][(C6H5) COO]were as follows: reaction temperature 130 ℃,catalyst loading 2%(based on the mass of all reactants),n(DMC) ∶ n(EHOH) = 1 ∶ 4,reaction time6 h. Under this condition,the conversion of DMC and selectivity of DEHC were 99. 97% and 86. 35%,respectively. Meanwhile the reaction mechanism was discussed.
