【Abstract】 With further research,the simple morphological classification methods were inadequate to research Syrphidae systematics. Recently,DNA barcoding technology provided a new method for studying Syrphidae systematics,and was used widely. This paper reviewed the application of DNA barcoding technology in the research of Syrphidae systematics by domestic and overseas scholars, including mitochondrial COI,18 S rRNA,28 S rRNA,and ITS sequences.更多还原
