细长轴磨削加工过程有限元分析

【摘要】 细长轴由于长径比大,自身刚度差,加工时容易变形产生腰鼓型、竹节型等缺陷特征,因此合理的磨削加工工艺对保障细长轴的质量很重要。利用有限元软件ANSYS分析细长轴在磨削力作用下的静力变形,结果表明:可以通过合理使用跟刀架、设置弹簧机构的预变形或支撑机构的预应力来减小细长轴的磨削变形。进一步通过模态分析确定其临界转速,避免发生共振现象。

【Abstract】 As the slender shaft is of great length,high diameter ratio and poor rigidity,it easily generates various deformation such as the waist-drum or bamboo shaped defects during processing. So reasonable grinding process is very important to the quality of the slender shaft. This paper analyzes the static deformation of the slender shaft with grinding force by applying the finite element software ANSYS. It is found after analysis that using the follower rest and increasing the rigidity of the follower rest can reduce the slender shaft machining deformation. Determining the critical speed through the modal analysis is also necessary for avoiding resonance phenomenon.
