一种刚度可调柔性联轴器的设计
Design of a stiffness-adjustable flexible coupling
【摘要】 提出了一种具有连接刚度可调功能的新型柔性联轴器,介绍了它的工作原理和结构特点,并对其进行了结构分析。该联轴器可显著降低联接时的安装精度要求,建立了可调式柔性联轴器数学模型,分析了可调式柔性联轴器的动态特性,给出了可调式柔性联轴器算例的动态仿真曲线。结果显示,该联轴器具有较好的响应特性,为联轴器的改进和发展提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new flexible coupling with stiffness-adjustable connection,introduces its working principle and structural characteristics,and conducts an analysis of its structure. The results show that,the coupling can significantly reduce the required installation accuracy when the connection is established. The mathematical model of adjustable flexible coupling is established to analyze the dynamic features of adjustable flexible coupling,with dynamic simulation curves being given. The calculation results show the coupling has good response characteristics and presents a new idea for the improvement and development of coupling.
