二氧化硅改性硅橡胶热性能研究
Research on the thermal performance of silicone rubber modified by silica
【摘要】 研究二氧化硅等助剂与硅橡胶混炼加工过程,炼制了掺有不同量二氧化硅的混炼硅橡胶,经硫化制成了硅橡胶材料。利用热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、力学试验等表征其性能,结果表明:随着二氧化硅掺入量的增多,硅橡胶材料的热分解温度不断上升,但其力学性能出现了先上升再骤降的变化规律,综合这两种性能,研究出了二氧化硅助剂体系的最佳掺杂量。
【Abstract】 The processing of silica and other additives mixed with silicone rubber was studied,and vulcanizate was produced by curing silicone rubber mixed with different amounts of silica. The performance of vulcanizate was characterized by TG,SEM,mechanical test and so on. The results showed that,the temperature of the thermal decomposition of vulcanizate rose with the amount of silica being increased,but its mechanical properties increased at first and then decreased sharply. In consequence,the best mixing amount of silica was determined.
