三阶差分运算在图像边缘检测中的应用
Application of three order difference arithmetic image edge detection
【摘要】 为了更好的提取、增强图像边缘信息,提出了基于三阶差分运算的图像边缘检测算法,算法将三阶差分理论引入到边缘检测滤波器模板的设计中,通过三阶差分理论推导出滤波器模板系数,构造了水平、垂直、45°对角、135°对角4个方向的三阶差分滤波器模板,使用该模板与图像卷积运算实现图像边缘的提取和增强。实验结果表明,提出的三阶差分边缘检测算法对图像边缘和细节信息的增强效果优于传统一阶、二阶差分边缘检测算法。
【Abstract】 In order to extractand better the edge image,the paper proposes an edge detection algorithm based on the three-order differential operation. By introducing three-order differential theory to the design of edge detection filter template,template filter coefficient is deduced to form a third-order differential filter template at such four directions as the horizontal,vertical and the angle of 45° and the angle of 135°. The template and the image convolutionally operated work together to achieve the extracion and enhancement of image edge. The experimental results show that the proposed three-order differential edge detection algorithm is superior to the traditional integer order differential algorithm in improving the image edge detection.
