【Abstract】 Poverty-striken students in universities,as a special group,has attracted wide attention from our Party,our government and all sectors of society. In the meantime when we help solve the educational costs for the students,the future development of the subsidize has turned out to be a new subject for educators. At present,the fact that universities focus more on financial aid but less on cultivation has already hindered the long-term development of subsidize.
