【摘要】 目的:分析单病种质量管理对三级甲等医院临床医疗质量控制的干预效果。方法:介绍实施单病种质量管理的具体措施,回顾性分析出院人次、平均住院日及住院费用。结果:实施单病种质量管理规范了医师诊疗行为并改进了医疗服务质量,缩短了平均住院日,降低了医疗费用;但医务人员对单病种质量管理的认识不够深入,单病种诊断标准不够规范,单病种限价对医疗质量具有潜在的影响。结论:应在不断总结单病种质量管理经验的基础上,完善单病种质量管理,促进我国医疗行业持续、健康的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of single disease quality management in a third-grade class-A hospital. Methods: To summarized the implementation of the single disease quality management in Shaanxi People’s Hospital, and retrospectively analyzed the changes of hospital outpatients, the hospitalization and costs. Results: Through the implementation of single disease quality management,the physician practice behavior is standardized and the medical service quality is improved, the average hospitalization day is shortened,the medical cost and the economic burden of patients is reduced. However, the medical staffs were less of awareness on the single disease quality management, single disease diagnostic criteria are not standardized, and the price of a single disease has a potential impact on medical quality. Conclusion: We should improve the level of single disease quality management by constantly summarizing the experience, in order to prompt sustained and healthy development of medical market in China.更多还原
