【摘要】 目的:探究应用电刺激联合生物反馈法治疗产后女性性功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2012年1月产后2个月来我院复查的80例性功能障碍患者,按照康复方法将患者分为两组,观察组及对照组,各40例患者。其中观察组采用电刺激联合生物反馈法进行治疗,对照组采用常规盆底肌肉锻炼法,观察两组患者治疗前后心理状况以及治疗后性生活质量情况。结果:观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者较治疗前盆底肌肉肌力等级均有所提高,观察组提高更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组性生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激联合生物反馈疗法对产后女性性功能的障碍具有可靠的疗效,能显著提高患者性生活质量,是治疗产后女性性功能障碍效果较好的一种方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum female sexual dysfunction. Methods: A total of 80 patients with sexual dysfunction, reexamined 2 months after childbirth in People’s Hospital of Meishan from January 2011 to January 2012, were divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40)according to the rehabilitation method. The observation group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback, while the control group, routine pelvic floor muscle training method. The psychological state before and after treatment and the sexual life quality after treatment of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength levels of the two group were all increased, and the increase extent of observation group was increased more significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The score of sexual life quality in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback is a good way to treat the sexual dysfunction of postpartum female, with a reliable curative effect, and can improve the sexual life quality of the patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
