【摘要】 目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ESCC)组织整合素αv(integrinαv ITGA V)的表达,分析ITGA V表达与临床病理因素之间的相关性,探讨ITGA V在ESCC的进展和预后中的作用。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测72例ESCC组织ITGA V的表达,并同时检测33例食管炎性组织为对照。分析ITGA V表达与ESCC癌临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:ESCC癌组织中ITGA V的m RNA表达水平明显高于炎症组织(P<0.05),且表达水平与T、N和临床分期(P均<0.05)呈显著相关,而与患者年龄及性别无相关性。结论:ITGA V的过度表达与ESCC的转移、进展有关,ITGA V可能会成为ESCC患者个体化治疗有效的预后标志物。

【Abstract】 Objective: The study aimed to detect the integrin αv(ITGA V) m RNA expression in Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC), and to evaluate the correlation between integrin αv m RNA expression and clinicopathological factors. Methods:From 2012 to 2013, 72 cases of tissue samples of ESCC patients as the research object, and the 33 esophageal inflammation tissues as control. Real-time PCR assay was performed to detect the expression of ITGA V in all tissue samples. The RT-PCR results were analyzed and the correlation between ITGA V expression and clinicopathological factors was evaluated. Results: In ESCC patients’ tissues, the expression level of ITGA V m RNA was significantly higher than those in the inflammation tissues(P<0.05), and the expression level were significantly correlated with T, N and clinical stage(all P<0.05). Conclusion: All these findings suggest that overexpression of ITGA V is closely associated with metastasis and progression of ESCC. Therefore, we suppose that ITGA V could be an effective prognostic marker in individualized treatment of patients with ESCC.
