核/壳结构PDMS/PMMA纳米粒子改性聚乳酸

【摘要】 采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了纳米软核/硬壳聚甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粒子,并将其应用于聚乳酸PLA改性。对所得复合材料的拉伸强度、分散性、结晶性等性能进行了测试。结果表明:软核/硬壳聚甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粒子在聚乳酸基体中分散良好,能作为成核剂诱导聚乳酸结晶,还能增加聚乳酸的拉伸强度。当添加量为3%时,聚乳酸复合材料的的拉伸强度达到79.33 MPa,结晶度达到37.26%;而相同条件下,纯聚乳酸的拉伸强度仅为65.45 MPa,结晶度仅为0.01%。

【Abstract】 Using seed emulsion polymerization method,polymethylsiloxane-poly( methy-methacrylate) core / shell spheres was perpetrated,using it as filler,poly( lactic acid) was modified. The tensile strength,dispersibility,crystallization were tested. The result showed that nano-size polymethylsiloxane-poly( methy-methacrylate) core / shell spheres dispersed well and acted as a nucleating agent in PLA,the tensile strength of PLA was also improved. When the addition amount reached 3%,the tensile strength of the composite material reached 79. 33 MPa,the degree of crystallinity reached 37. 26%. While the tensile strength of pure poly( lactic acid) was only 65. 45 MPa,the degree of crystallinity was only 0. 01%.
