Based on the data collected by two otter trawl surveys in the Daya Bay in autumn(December 2007) and spring(May 2008), the spatial pattern of fish community was analyzed using hierarchical clustering and non-metric multidimensional scaling. Two fish communities were identified. Group I was in estuarial area of the Daya Bay, dominated by Thrissa spp., Osteomugil ophuyseni and Clupanodon punctatus, and Group II was in the month of the Bay, dominated by Trichiurus haumela, Psenopsis anomala, Thryssa vitirostris...
