洞庭湖区经济与环境的演替轨迹及成因分析
Analysis of Succession Path and Causes between Economy and Environment in the Areas of Dongting Lake
【摘要】 洞庭湖区经济发展和环境保护相互作用、相互影响,但影响方式和程度存在地区差异性。从洞庭湖区整体,岳阳、常德及益阳市探讨经济增长与环境质量之间的演替轨迹,结果表明洞庭湖区整体工业废气和烟尘排放量已越过EKC曲线拐点,工业废水仍处于"U"型曲线的右侧。工业废气EKC曲线在岳阳、常德和益阳三个行政区划中倒"U"型特征较为明显,且拐点均出现在"十一五"期间。说明洞庭湖经济与环境之间的关系已经由"同向"关系向"反向"关系演替。通过LMDI分析法得出影响洞庭湖区污染物排放的主要因素中,经济规模和产业结构是拉动因素,污染物排放强度因素发挥了重要的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 There is an interaction and mutual influence between economic development and environmental protection in the Areas of Dongting Lake. However, in different regions, the ways and extent of effect are not in the same.Through the research of succession path between economic growth and environmental pollution in the whole Dongting Lake area, Yueyang, Changde, and Yiyang City, the results show that industrial waste gas and industrial dust in the whole Dongting Lake area has crossed the inflection point of EKC while industrial waste water is still in the right side of the "U" type curves. The features of "Inverted U" curve of industrial waste gas are more obvious in Yueyang, Changde and Yiyang City. And the turning point occurred during the period of "11th five-year". It reflects that the relationship between economy and environment has been in succession from "positive correlation" to "negative correlation" in the Areas of Dongting Lake. By LMDI analysis it is concluded that economic scale and industrial structure are the pull factors influencing the pollution emission in the Areas of Dongting Lake, while the pollutant emissions intensity factors play an important degree of inhibition.
