【摘要】 目的:探讨P15和ANRIL基因在结、直肠癌中表达的临床意义。方法:57例结、直肠癌及对应癌旁正常组织标本用免疫组化SP法及实时定量PCR分别检测长非编码RNA ANRIL及P15基因表达情况。结果:P15在癌组织中的表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),ANRIL在癌组织中的表达量明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。结论:P15和ANRIL表达与结、直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of expression of P15 and ANRIL in colorectal cancer. Methods : The expressions of long noncoding RNA ANRIL and P15 were detected by the SP method of immunohistochemistry and real-time quantitative PCR in 57 samples with colorectal cancer and paracancerous normal tissues. Results:The expression of P15 in cancer tissue was significantly lower than that of the normal tissue(P<0.05),and the expression of ANRIL in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of the normal tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of ANRIL and P15 is closely correlated with occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.更多还原
