生物金属有机框架的研究进展
Progress in Biological Metal-Organic Framework Reseach
【摘要】 由生物分子构筑的生物金属有机框架(Biological Metal-Organic Framework,Bio MOF)是近十几年发展起来的一类新型多孔材料,属于金属有机框架材料(MOF)的一个分支.自然界中有无数多种生物分子可以作为桥连配体与金属离子配位,这些分子成为设计优良生物相容性的Bio MOF的主要来源.本文介绍了核碱基、氨基酸、肽和蛋白质作为有机配体与金属离子形成Bio MOF的研究进展,并展望其在生物领域的应用前景.
【Abstract】 Biological metal- organic framework(Bio MOF) materials are a new kind of porous materials comprising of metal ions connected by biomolecule linkers. Their promising properties make them to be an exciting,diverse,and rapidly growing areas of modern chemistry research in the last decade. Many biomolecules in nature are suitable for bridging metal ions,and become a main source for designing excellent biocompatible Bio MOFs. In this review, we highlight the progress in the preparation and study of Bio MOFs with nuclear bases, amino acids, peptides and proteins as organic ligands coordinating to metal ions, and offer an insight into the current and future challenges and opportunities in biological application of Bio MOF research.
