【摘要】 ITS作为城市交通发展的一项重要投资,对其产生的效益进行评价正日益受到普遍重视.使用回归模型评价ITS提升城市交通畅通性的贡献,并以广州市为例进行实证分析,得到2011和2012年ITS对交通畅通性的贡献分别为9.23%和23.74%.研究结果显示,ITS对提升交通畅通性具有一定的贡献价值,但由于其应用的滞后性,价值只有在后期不断积累中才能逐渐表现出来.更多还原

【Abstract】 ITS as an important investment of urban traffic development,evaluating its produced benefits are increasingly being paid attention.Through using regression model to evaluate the effect of the ITS in improving traffic smooth.Moreover,we take Guangzhou for the empirical analysis.Then get the contribution rate of ITS in improving Guangzhou’s traffic smooth in 2011 and 2012 are 9.23%and 23.74%.Research shows that ITS has some value in improving urban traffic smooth,but due to the application effects of ITS have hysteresis quality,the value can only be gradually in late accumulation.更多还原
