教师个体人格与职业人格的冲突与调适
Conflicts and Adjustments between Teacher’s Individual Personality and Professional Personality
【摘要】 教师既是自然人,又是社会人;既具有个体人格,又具有职业人格。教师个体人格与职业人格的矛盾冲突呈现出多种状况。由于教育的超越性、青少年学生自身发展的特点以及教师肩负的教育责任,教师在教育教学活动中必须对个体人格与职业人格的冲突进行调适。理性控制是调适的低级阶段,自觉自愿地提升个体人格、使之达到与职业人格的积极统一是调适的高级阶段。
【Abstract】 The teacher is not only a natural person,but also a social person.So he/she has the individual personality and the professional personality.There are many conflicts between the teacher’s individual personality and the professional personality.Because of the transcendence of education,the differences of young students own developments and the education responsibilities the teacher carries,the teacher must adjust to the conflicts between the individual personality and the professional personality in education and teaching activities.The lower stage of this adjustment is the rational control,while the higher stage of adjustment is unity of the individual personality and the professional personality.
