【Abstract】 The teacher is not only a natural person,but also a social person.So he/she has the individual personality and the professional personality.There are many conflicts between the teacher’s individual personality and the professional personality.Because of the transcendence of education,the differences of young students own developments and the education responsibilities the teacher carries,the teacher must adjust to the conflicts between the individual personality and the professional personality in education and teaching activities.The lower stage of this adjustment is the rational control,while the higher stage of adjustment is unity of the individual personality and the professional personality.更多还原
