益智油的超声法提取工艺优化及成分分析

【摘要】 益智是一种名贵中药,从中提取得到的益智油具有抗氧化作用。以石油醚作为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取法得到益智油,DPPH(二苯代苦肼基自由基)法测定其抗氧化能力,气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其进行成分分析。以得油率为指标,超声时间、温度、料液比进行单因素实验,再运用正交设计对其提取条件进行优化。结果表明,超声法提取益智油的最佳条件为超声时间75 min、温度35℃、料液比4.5 m L/g,在此条件下,得油率可达3.63%;经抗氧化能力测定,超声波法提取的益智油具有较好的抗氧化能力;经成分分析,益智油中主要含萜类等抗氧化活性成分。

【Abstract】 Alpinia oxyphylla is a valuable medicine, and the oil extracted from it has antioxidant properties.Petroleum ether was used as extraction solvent to extract oil from Alpinia oxyphylla by ultrasound-assisted method as well as the antioxidant capacity of the oil was tested by DPPH. Ingredients were performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis(GC-MS). Using the extracted rate of oil as an index, extraction time and temperature, material/liquid ratio were investigated with single-factor test, then its optimum extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal designs. The results showed that the optimum conditions for ultrasoundassisted extraction were extraction time of 75 min, extraction temperature of 35 ℃,material/liquid ratio of4.5 m L/g. Under these conditions, the extracted rate was up to 3.63 %. According to tests, the oil showed strong antioxidant capacity. By composition analysis, the oil contains terpenoids and other active ingredients.
