【Abstract】 Use the ultrasonic assisted extraction technique to extract the free phenolic and bound phenolic in the market vegetables and fruits in Xiaguan town, Dali, and use Folin- phenol mehtod determinate phenolic contents. Experimental results showed that the phenolic contents were different in different parts of the same sample; the total phenolic in fruits was higher than that of in vegetables; free phenolic content in fruits and vegetables was higher than the bound phenolic.更多还原
