猴腿蹄盖蕨总黄酮的超声提取工艺

【摘要】 以提取得率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验探索了猴腿蹄盖蕨总黄酮的超声提取工艺条件。猴腿蹄盖蕨总黄酮最佳的超声提取条件为:料液比为1∶45(g/m L),乙醇浓度为60%,提取时间为105 min,提取次数为3次,在此条件下,猴腿蹄盖蕨总黄酮的提取率为162.71 mg/g,说明超声法可用于猴腿蹄盖蕨总黄酮的提取,具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Using extracting efficiency of total flavonoids as evaluation indicator, the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Athyrium Mult identatum(Doll.) Ching with ultrasonic method was studied with single factor and orthogonal array experiments. The optimum extraction conditions of the ratio between material and solvent(m/v), extraction time, ethanol concentration, extraction time were 1 ∶ 45, 105 min, 60 %,3 times respectively. The average extracting efficiency of total flavonoids could reach to 162.71 mg/g under the optimum conditions, which proved that ultrasonic method was suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids from Athyrium Mult identatum(Doll.) Ching.
