生物传感器在基因兴奋剂检测中的应用前景
An Application Prospects of Biosensors in the Genetic Doping Test
【摘要】 基因兴奋剂是一类新型的兴奋剂,隐蔽性更强,难以用常规的检测方法来进行检测。生物传感器将常规的生物检测原理与传感技术相结合,具有快速简便、灵敏特异的优点。从国内外近期基因兴奋剂的研究现状入手,主要阐述了生物传感器在EPO等基因兴奋剂以及麻醉剂、β-兴奋剂等其他兴奋剂检测方面的研究进展,为基因兴奋剂的检测提供可以借鉴的全新思路和检测手段,对建立标准化和科学性的基因兴奋剂检测方法具有重要意义和广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Genetic doping is a kind of new stimulant. It has good concealment,and can’t be recognized by using regular test methods. Biosensors integrate the basic principles of regular bio- detection with the sense technology,thus they are handy,fast and sensitive. Proceeding from the status quo of genetic doping both at home and abroad,this paper mainly elaborates the progress that biosensors can detect such genetic stimulant and anesthetic as EPO,and other stimulants such as beta stimulant. The paper is intended to provide referential ideas and measures for the test of genetic doping,thus it bears important meaning and profound prospects for establishing standardized and scientific methods for testing genetic stimulants.
