An effi cient method was established to simultaneously determinate metal elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, and Zn in blueberries using high resolution-continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry.after wet digestion. Using the established method, the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, and Zn in blue berries were determined to be 100.3, 55.80, 2.330 and 1.413 mg/kg, respectively.
