响应面优化襄荷总黄酮提取及抗氧化研究

【摘要】 本实验通过单因素实验探讨了乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、超声温度对襄荷(Zingiber strioatum)总黄酮得率的影响,并进一步通过响应面分析对超声波辅助乙醇提取襄荷总黄酮的最佳工艺条件进行优化:乙醇浓度71%,液料比21∶1(m L∶g),超声时间21min,超声温度51℃。在最佳工艺条件下,襄荷总黄酮得率达到4.50%。抗氧化实验表明,发现襄荷提取物有很好的还原性,对超氧阴离子(O-2·)、DPPH·和羟基自由基都有较好的清除能力,具有良好的抗氧化性。

【Abstract】 The effect of ethanol concentration,material- to- solvent ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction yield of total flavonoids from Zingiber strioatum was investigated by single factor test in this study.The ultrasonic- assisted extraction conditions were further optimized by the response surface analysis and were determined to be ethanol concentration of 71%,solvent- to- material ratio 21 ∶ 1( m L ∶ g),ultrasonic time of21 min and ultrasonic temperature of 51℃.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of total flavonoids from Zingiber strioatum reached 4.50%. Result of antioxidation showed that the total flavonoids from Zingiber strioatum had good total reduction capabilities,and scavenging hydroxyl radicals,DPPH·,superoxide anion( O-2·),it had good antioxidant activity.
