建立了氧化亚氮-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定海蜇中铝含量的方法。通过实验优化了仪器的检测条件:燃助比为0.67、灯电流为7.5 m A、狭缝宽为0.5 nm及检测波长为309.3 nm;优化条件下方法的检测线性在20~160 mg/L,相关系数R=0.999 8。比较了湿法消解、微波消解、酸煮消解3种样品前处理方法,结果表明检测结果并无显著性差异。该方法的检出限为3.5mg/L,相对标准偏差在1.26%~3.23%,加标回收率在88.50%~104.20%。
