【摘要】 目的 对比辽宁沈阳地区朝鲜族及汉族正常青年人的外鼻数据的差异。方法 测量对象为朝鲜族和汉族青年各900例。对外鼻软组织的测量项目包括12项线性距离和5项角度项目,并选择6项比例指数。计算测量项目和比例指数的±s,并比较两民族间各项指标间的差异。结果 朝鲜族及汉族青年人群鼻型分布以窄鼻型最多,中鼻型次之,其余鼻型分布较少。朝鲜族女性与汉族女性相比,7个线性距离,4个角度数据和3个比例指数的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);朝鲜族男性与汉族男性相比,8个线性距离,5个角度数据和3个比例指数的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各项差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 朝鲜族和汉族青年之间鼻外形测量数据表现出明显的差异,这些数据将为两民族人群外鼻部美容整形和重建提供具有参考价值的外鼻软组织参考值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference of nose data between young Korean Chinese and Han nationality in Shenyang.Methods A total of 900 young Han Chinese and 900 Korean Chinese were included in the analysis.Measurement items of the soft tissue of the external nose included 12 items of linear distance and 5 angles.Six proportion indices of the soft tissue of the external nose were determined.Results Korean Chinese and Han nationality of young adults with narrow nasal type distribution of nasal,nasal type,the other less nasal type distribution.Compared to Korean and Han women,7 linear distance,there was significant difference between the 4 aspects of data and 3 ratio index(P<0.05);Compared to Korean men and men of Han nationality,8 linear distance,there was significant difference between the 5 aspects of data and 3 ratio index(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rest(P>0.05).Conclusion Between Korean Chinese and Han nationality,measurement data nasal shape show significant differences,these data will supply references for rhinoplasty and reconstruction of the external nasal soft tissue with normal values of two national population.更多还原
